Arum, the boutique consulting business, is pleased to announce further successful growth, with a 14 per cent revenue increase for the financial year 2015-16.
This substantial organic growth was driven primarily by larger long-term contracts in the debt collections and recoveries systems integration consulting part of the business. This was particularly marked in the retail banking and utilities sectors in UK and Ireland.
The year also saw Arum add more team members to its Business Consulting, Systems Consulting and Software teams, further extending our capabilities and capacity.
Arum won a number of key client-side advisory and systems integration projects in the year, resulting in providing consulting subject matter expertise and hands-on input into debt collections and recoveries transformation projects in a number of major national and international companies. Engagements included full scale operating model reviews, major transformation programmes and systems integration work including on FICO’s Debt Manager Version 9 and Experian’s Tallyman.
Aleks Tomczyk, Arum’s Chief Executive, said:
“It was great to see further successful growth which is a direct result of all the hard work by the team. I am also very positive about the future as the depth and breadth of our capability in collections and recoveries is unique and much in demand, and our software team continues to be a key enabler of productivity and strategy for our clients.”
Andy Pritchard, Director of Professional Services, added:
“Whilst the year just gone was positive in its own right, the work done and increased capabilities give us a fantastic springboard to the future. We are right on track with further growth in the new financial year.”
