30% revenue growth confirms Arum’s continuing success
Arum has confirmed strong organic growth, reporting a 30 per cent revenue increase for the financial year 2012-13. This was largely drive by revenue from Europe outside the UK which now accounts for 50% of income.
As part of its commitment to further invest and grow the business, Arum recruited a number of senior individuals who bring a wealth of additional experience to Arum’s core banking, financial services, utilities and business process outsourcing (BPO) markets.

He commented: “Our specialist debt collections and recoveries team are helping clients improve financial performance whilst coping with an ever changing environment, ensuring good customer outcomes and taking the opportunities presented by emerging contact channels, ‘big data’ analytics and systems.”
He added: “Particularly strong growth is being recorded in Arum’s collections Systems business as we work on legacy systems improvements and help clients select, implement and migrate to new platforms, including FICO’s Debt Manager Version 9 (DM9)”
