Next week, Arum will host our second executive-level Collections and Recoveries Round Table of 2015 at The Caledonian Club, London.
The theme for this Round Table is to be ‘Vulnerability and Compliance’. There will be two strong external presentations to stimulate debate amongst the attendees.
One of the presentations will be by Rozanne Anderson and Casey Stanley of Ontario Systems who are flying in from the US to present on the US collections industry and how it has been influenced by Compliance. Casey, a systems specialist, is Vice-President of Marketing at Ontario Systems whilst Rozanne is the former CEO of the US-based large and influential ACA International (The Association of Credit and Collections Professionals) and currently Chief Compliance Officer at Ontario Systems.
The event will be chaired by Arum Chief Executive, Aleks Tomczyk, who said:
“As ever I am really looking forward to the discussions but I think it will be particularly interesting to have the dialogue kindled this time firstly by hearing how a major UK creditor is working hard to identify and treat vulnerable clients well, and secondly from Casey and Rozanne on compliance.
I first met Rozanne earlier this year when she and Casey were in London for a global awards ceremony at which Rozanne was up for two awards, Chief Compliance Officer of the Year and the Lifetime Achievement Award for Services to the Compliance Industry, and it was at that time I thought it would be great to have her speak to an Arum Round Table on the subject.
I am glad they were able to make it! I am really looking forward to the event.”
