The 2016 Junior Chambers International (JCI) National Conference Scotland starts today and CEO of Arum, Aleks Tomczyk is excited to be speaking on ‘Encouraging innovation from a practitioner’s perspective’.
Aleks was asked to speak about innovation and will do so tomorrow using his personal life experiences and views to focus on:
- What is innovation?
- What is needed for innovation to be successful.
- What are the ingredients for achieving success.
- How innovation is encouraged and delivered through people.
The JCI National Conference will run over 15th-17th April, marking the ‘7 decades of Leadership’.
JCI is a non-profit organisation for people aged 18-40 fully managed by members, with a mission to “provide development opportunities that empower young people to create positive change”.
