Arum is on track to deliver record growth this year and with staff numbers increasing threefold over the last few years, we are moving to new headquarters to meet the demands of our growing business.
From Monday (12th May 2014), we will relocate our Edinburgh office from South Gyle to 23 Melville Street in the centre of Edinburgh.
“The modern, vibrant, boutique style office fits perfectly with our brand, providing a central base to continue growing our business as we forecast 40% revenue growth this financial year (2013-14)”, said Jonathan Dunn, Arum’s Director of Business Development & Marketing.
In addition to the Melville Street office, we have opened a new London city office, giving the company presence in Edinburgh, London and Dublin.
“Last financial year 2012-13, we reported a 30 per cent revenue increase, largely drive by revenue from Europe outside the UK which now accounts for 50% of income”, said Aleks Tomczyk, Managing Director of Arum.
He added: “Over the last year we recruited 17 senior individuals, who all bring a wealth of additional experience to our core banking, financial services, utilities, business process outsourcing (BPO), debt collection agencies (DCA) and technology markets.”
We have been fortunate to work with blue chip organisations to deliver solutions across our Collections & Recoveries business. Our Software business is also developing cutting edge enterprise applications for a number of innovative Scottish firms.
Our end-to-end capability means we are perfectly positioned to help our clients address the changing business demands they face. We see particularly strong growth in collections systems as organisations face legacy systems improvements. We have been working with a number of clients to select, implement and migrate to new platforms, including FICO’s Debt Manager Version 9 (DM9).
With increasing regulatory pressure placing a big demand on our Collections and Recoveries clients, we have also been called upon to help implement future ‘Best in Class Collections’ visions; embed compliant Collections & Recoveries processes in highly regulated environments; and provide Interim Management including Heads of Collections roles in Ireland and Bermuda.
